“There is beauty in every body”

“I don’t know of a single woman who hasn’t struggled with the size of her body. And when a woman’s energy is tied up in judging her own body, it ties up her power as well.”
- Maaret Kallio

“Photography as a tool for body connection and self-worth.”

My work is about more than just taking beautiful pictures.
I want my photography to contribute to a more positive body image for women — to help shift the way
we see and speak about our bodies. I believe it's important that we, as women,
create spaces where we can learn to talk openly and honestly
about how we feel in our skin. The camera can be a powerful part of that process.
Being photographed isn’t just about how you look — it’s about showing up for yourself.
Taking up space. Seeing yourself as worthy of being seen.

Every shoot is a creative journey, where the focus isn’t on perfection, but on presence.
On being there, in your body, with whatever feelings come up.
It’s in that space that something meaningful happens — often deeper than expected.

The body acceptance photoshoot isn’t just a session; it’s an experience.
One that allows space for conversation, reflection, and a new way of seeing yourself.
